Optimal Solutions Ltd. has designed and successfully tested the Strongly Feasible Evolution Program (SFEP) that has been applied to solve both non-linear transportation programs as well as general network flow programs. This algorithm is capable handling simultaneously non-linear objective functions and non-linear constraints. The SFEP solver is at the heart of the River Basin Allocation Model (RBAM).
